Returns/Refunds & Cancellations
If you’re not happy with us or any of our products, for any reason, then please contact us, call direct on 01386 462223 or email firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number in the subject line.
Each of our products is individual! Therefore if you have a problem we would like to treat you and your problem in the same way.
You can cancel your contract at any time up to 14 calendar days after the day of delivery. To do this, please email us or write to us.
You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer customers in the future.
If you cancel you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You must ensure goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.
If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and will charge you the direct cost of collection.
If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights, for example if goods are faulty or middle scribed.
Cancellations; you can cancel your order any time before dispatch. To do this simply email (email@example.com) or phone, quoting your order reference number. We’ll refund your money, if received, as soon as possible.
If you have any problems, no matter how trivial, we will do our best to sort things out so you’re completely happy.
